Return policy

If an item you purchased does not suit you or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return it within 15 days of the date of purchase or delivery for a refund.

All refunds are made to the original method of payment, including purchases made using a gift card.

We cover return costs free of charge for all orders in Canada and the USA.

The returned item must be new, unworn and in the same condition as it was received.
If the item in question is not in resalable condition and does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Due to the nature of personalized and bespoke clothing purchases or in the case of an item that has been altered, we cannot accept returns of such items.

No exchanges or refunds are allowed for underwear, swimwear, perfume, personal care products and gift cards.

Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If we identify an unusual or excessive return or exchange pattern, we may limit or deny subsequent transactions.

Price adjustment
If the price of an item already purchased is reduced, we offer a price guarantee clause, which is a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the item being picked up or received by the customer . Price adjustments only apply to regular priced items – they do not apply to merchandise on sale, or reduced as part of a promotion.
The item in question must always be offered in the same model and size.

The price adjustment is made only once per item. If the above conditions are met, simply contact the customer service team so that the price difference will be refunded according to the payment method used during the purchase.
